Yes, it is possible to cancel a transaction before the funds are paid out. Within the first 30 minutes after the money transfer is sent, you can cancel the transaction though your Sigue agent. Afterwards, it will be necessary to contact Sigue customer support.

There are a few reasons why a money transfer might be on hold. If it's been less than an hour since you sent the money transfer, it may not be fully processed yet. Please wait a few more minutes and then check the status again.

Sometimes we need to confirm the sender's identity or obtain additional information for regulatory reasons. If this is the case, we will make every effort to contact you for the additional information as soon as possible. In most cases, once we have received the information we should be able to complete the money transfer and your beneficiary will ber able to pick up the funds.
