Usually, the funds will be available for your beneficiary to pick in 30 minutes or less, with the actual time dependent on the payout correspondent’s processes, difference in time zone and business hours. Similarly, account deposits usually take 30 minutes or less.

This varies from country to country. Generally, the payout correspondent will ask your beneficiary for the unique transaction code and for a Government-Issued identification so that it can positively identify him or her.
The transaction code is printed on your receipt in the beneficiary information section. Each money transfer has a unique transfer code. For security purposes, do not show the receipt or provide the code to anyone you do not know or trust.
No. The payout correspondent will not charge your beneficiary a fee. In most countries the beneficiary will not be charged a tax or other fees for the collection of the money transfer.
There are a few reasons why a money transfer might be on hold. If it's been less than an hour since you sent the money transfer, it may not be fully processed yet. Please wait a few more minutes and then check the status again.
Sometimes we need to confirm the sender's identity or obtain additional information for regulatory reasons. If this is the case, we will make every effort to contact you for the additional information as soon as possible. In most cases, once we have received the information we should be able to complete the money transfer and your beneficiary will ber able to pick up the funds.
It is possible to modify the transaction to identify a different beneficiary, or change the spelling of the beneficiary’s name, so long as the modification is completed before the payout correspondent can pay out the funds. Please call or chat with our customer support agents for details.
Yes, it is possible to cancel a transaction before the funds are paid out. Within the first 30 minutes after the money transfer is sent, you can cancel the transaction though your Sigue agent. Afterwards, it will be necessary to contact Sigue customer support.
